Better Homes & Gardens Thomas Group is expanding their Commercial Department and is announcing Broker Associate Brian Oen as the new department president. The commercial team will be located at a brand new office space in the Haile Village Center. The newly renovated commercial center will serve as a collaborative space to meet with customers and host real estate investment training.

Propelled by its rapid growth in commercial sales to over $27,000,000 million in 2020, Brian’s proven success in the Alachua County real estate market and familiarity with commercial and land sales make him the perfect candidate for further expanding BHGRE Thomas Group footprint into North Central Florida.  

Brian Oen is the founder of the Oen Group and utilizes his exclusive 360 approach to help hundreds of clients close on commercial and residential properties and expand their portfolios through real estate investing.

Originally founded by John Thomas, who now serves as the Vice President of BHGRE Thomas Group the department will include President Brian Oen, Senior Vice President John Thomas, Ken Nears, (Realtor®), Eric Davis (Realtor®, Property Manager), and Jennifer Springfield (Realtor®, JD). 

The commercial and land division will continue to provide local expertise to consider clients’ industry needs, the local economy, and the current market conditions to provide superior commercial real estate services, tenant acquisition & retention, property management services, and more.
